Little concerning bump on my finger?!

Ok, so I was talking on the phone just now, and got off of it, then noticed a little bump that looks EXACTLY like a mosquito bite. The only difference is, my bites get bigger (slight allergy) and this bite doesn't itch at all. (my mosquito bites always do) It is red around the bite but only slightly. The whole thing is barely visible which is why I can't post pictures of it. Also, there is only a slight slight tightness around the bite. It won't go away, but it isn't bothering me. However, it's a little.. frightening. Can anyone identify what it came from???
