What does it mean when you have big bumps in the back of your tongue?!

Question: What does it mean when you have big bumps in the back of your tongue?

I just noticed that toward/really close to my uvula (in the back of my tongue) there are some(more like quite a few) bumps/big circles on my tongue. Is this normal , and if not what is it ?
