its been several months, it wont go away, taking medicine everyday is frustrating... and when i forgotten my body will itch all over and i cant bend my fingers because they swell...

You need to see an allergist who will do some tests to try and find the cause of your allergy. The allergist will ask that you don't take any antihistamines about 2 days prior to the appointment.
The other thing you can do is keep a diary of what your eating and drinking, and any symptoms you notice, such as itchy rash, sniffles, tummy problems (including diarrhoea and constipation), headaches etc, usually the allergist will ask you to do anyway.
