I would ask to see him in person. The photos aren't very good. If he was just feeding him pellets and fruits, he may not have enough protein which is not good and can lead to problems. If you see him in person make sure his coat is soft and glossy and his eyes are clear. Watch him move around to make sure his hind legs are functioning properly. He has vitamins but it doesn't look like he is giving him calcium which is not good either. The cage also is not a proper sugar glider cage. You can tell by the bars and it looks small. It looks like its for a guinea pig or something. So chances are you would have to get another cage on top of this price, which could be anywhere between $120 and up. I would ask if he has been to the vet since he has had him too. A lot of people don't think their glider needs to go to the vet so they never take them. Not to mention if you don't already have a glider you would have to get another since gliders do not do well alone. Take all of this into consideration.

Well its hard to say, it would depend on the type of pellets and fruits/vegetables he was feeding it.
If you can see the sugar glider before purchasing it then make sure he looks healthy before buying.
Make sure its clean and has clear eyes and that its coat generally looks good and switch him to a better diet.
