I was diagnosed with Influenza B, but I'm getting worse quite literally by !

Question: I was diagnosed with Influenza B, but I'm getting worse quite literally by the hour?
my symptoms started out with a headache, some nausea, dizziness and sore tonsils. That went away after the first day. I felt fine for two days, but then out of nowhere, I was knocked down with sinus pressure and a persistent cough with a come and go fever. This morning I went to a clinic to get checked out because it was getting so bad. The fever was peaking and it was so painful to breathe...it felt like razor blades in my trachea. I was diagnosed with Influenza B. But right now, both of my ears hurt like mad and the pain being caused by the cough is different. It's no longer in my throat but in my chest. It's sharp pain deep in my chest cavity whenever I cough and when I start coughing, I can't stop for a few short moments at a time. The dizziness is back and my fever obviously hasn't subsided.
In October, I was diagnosed with mono which killed my immune system. Do you think it's possible that I may be developing, or may already have pneumonia?
