Horrible acne help?!?!


Question: Horrible acne help?!?
I'm 17, I've never had acne for the most part, a few months ago, kablaam, full blown acne, everywhere. I eat very healthy foods (parents are health food nuts) I exercise on on daily bassis (metal drummer), I've tried everything, except proactive, my family can't afford it, I've tried the toothpaste thing, lemon juice, and a whole lot of other at home options.

I'm desperate, I can barely go outside.

Why is this happening, what can I do, and if I get proactive and use it correctly how long will it take to see results?

Drink lots of water and get good amounts of sleep. If either one of those things has changed recently that's probably the problem. BTW proactive will dry you the **** up and make your skin flaky. Don't buy into bullshit products.



hi dear..

my small bit of advice to you is that you go for having lots of fresh fruit juices.. that will help to improve your blood circulation.. and will also help in reducing heat from yo body,.. you are 17, so this is something natural that any teenager goes via this stage .. so dont worry, keep washing yo face atleast once in 2 -3 hrs.. to eradicate extra oil that had been accumulated on yo skin. this oil(sebacious or sebum oil) is the only responsible for the pimples to grow faster on yo face.. so take only home remedies.. dont go for having any creams or powder as this will accumulate in to yo skin pore and again resullt in more n more acne..

Try using ice, roll over the face directly. Or using a face towel.
Try to place cuts of cucumber on these.
They help.

I have to say I have tried almost everything to get rid of acne: Creams, strips, cleaning, and all type of home made remedies, and nothing really helped to definitely get read of acne nor blackheads. I have to say that certain things that helped partially:
