Rebecca Weslow,
At this time, this can not be confirmed or excluded. The source of Lyme disease is based on the breeding bacterium in the body of ticks. In 2008 scientists found a hereditary factor that increases the potential of people suffering from chronic arthritis. Scientists do not even have understanding, as to whether patient's heart and other complications have links to inherited aspects. However, they have a fixed belief that in the end, the inherited factor may open up new path for the treatment of Lymes. Scientists and researchers reported these results at Stockholm on the Fourth International Meeting on Lyme disease in 2008. Researchers are carrying out more studies on the nature features of the disease. Until results are published, it is imperative for people who suffer from Lyme disease to have early treatment and undertake preventive measures.

Yes you can pass lyme disease to your baby through the womb and by breastfeeding. Its a documented FACT.

I'm a lyme patient who has done EXTENSIVE research on this. and its a fact

are you being currently treated for lyme. its not a disease that you just sit back and deal with. you have to treat it with antibiotics for a long time
