or pharmacist will give you a cream/ointment to apply all over body starting at your hair line all the way to your toes. once you apply it is left on overnight 10-12 hours. Prescription permethrin (Elimite) cream or lotion is the most commonly used.Keep in mind that you must also disinfect any and all bedding couchs clothing that you been usuing. in serivere cases repeat the treatment.
Cats can only be a carrier or scabies as scabies prefers living on a human host.
