breathing feels strange. sounds like lung cancer?!

Question: Breathing feels strange. sounds like lung cancer?
I was in my bed I wasn't sleeping I was aware of stuff around me so I wasn't deep sleeping and noticed this... this just randomly happened (AWHILE AGO)

I was trying to get to sleep after I late night stayed awake all night.... and my breathing just changed like that.. it felt like I was having like a panic attack or something... I just thought wow what is going on.. I was trying to get to sleep and I kept waking up like every minutes as it felt like I was going to die 0= but anyway later all started to feel much better but with one small problem when I like breath like normally... it felt like I wasn't getting air... but I was still alive (so obv I was getting air) but it just felt so strange it feels like I need to force breath.... but it doesn't feel like I am getting any air....

maybe some serve anxiety? it could be because had sore testicles for awhile and one day I had enough of worrying so I went to my normal doctor he says "hmm can't find any lumps" so I went home went back a few weeks later...and got anti botics, still annoying so got a different doctor... she says " cannot find anything but lets get an ultrasound just in case.. so got it,, was all clear... but my testicles don't seem to be annoying as they use to.. anyway (sorry to go off the point) but I want you to get a full picture to understand... so when I went to my normal doctor cause I thought I had "scabies" he says blah... just a allergic reaction... give me anti botics... while I was there I asked about my breathing felt off.. he made me blow into this thing.. got 400 he says "quite reasonable" then he used that scope thing.. to listen to my lungs he says " sounds fine" so never thought anything of it...

so there's my story and hopefully you kind people can share you shame experiences or even.... shed some light on it.

(currently) feels my breathing isn't normal been like almost a year (I think) now my breathing feels odd... went to doctors today she... was like don't know what this is.

P.S if this is an anxiety thing.. why is my breathing always off? my breathing doesn't feel the same... .. it's been like a year on.. and my breathing is totally changed... I also jump awak.. with my head 4 times a night or more.

now for a week or 2... I have had like a sore throat I feel I have plegum there.. I forced someup to see and it was white/clear not to sure to see if there was blood... for lung cancer signs what do you think.... there was no blood though.

I'm no doctor but I don't think it lung cancer your symptons sound like an extreme case of anxiety you need to see doctor before it gets out of hand which it can do I've been suffering for six months now it came on all of a sunden after a panic attack and now on medication the sore throat is part of it or it feels peculiar you have been given the all ok you got to tell yourself that your fine as I say it can get out of hand pls see a doctor good luck

It might just be something minor you should see a doctor.

Sounds like you need a healthy dose of prozac.

you should go to doctors.

OK Dude - this is panic or anxiety.

You got sore nuts - did you know that your bed can cause this problem if it is too hard or too soft - I am serious.

Across your lower back are all the muscles and nerves that connect directly to your groin area - if your doctor had any common sense at all they would have known this - just by pressing on your lower back at a point just around the fourth or fifth vertebrae up - you would have shot across the room at light speed or hit your head on the ceiling from the shock.

Many men suffer this pain in the groin and automatically think the worst - the problem here is, in most cases, painfull testicles DO NOT point to cancer - they point to inflammed veins or an infection - as the antibiotics cleared up the pain - you do not have cancer. BUT, you should always check yourself monthly anyway as a matter of course. When you should worry is when you find a lump that is hard and not painful..............then you get to the doc ASAP

The breathing could simply be, you being on that point of fallilng to sleep - your breating does become more shallow and slower as you are not exercising or moving.

The other thing to consider is the phlegm - no blood does not mean no cancer BUT a simple Xray would sort that out - there have been numerous bugs going around for the 8 - 9 months and all of them have the same viral basis and symptoms - sore throat, blocked sinuses, headaches, tight chest etc etc etc and they can take AGES to go.

Hope that calms you down a little but - DO consider your bed - you will be surprised at how many ailments are simply down to having the wrong bed.

ADDED - to repsond to your follow up points - you may have an inflammed vein in your testicle - it is quite common and especially if you did have an infection. The pain or aches may last several more weeks yet until the inflamation goes down or, you may need a longer dose of antibiotics - when I had a similar problem the course of antibiotics was for 20 days and that was down to an inflammed vein - I have been there dude - I know how worrying it can be and that is why I tell you all of the above - been there, done that etc etc etc.

The cough, you need to get sorted out - it could be viral, it could be allergy, it could simply be one of those things that has never cleared up from a previous infection - ask your GP to send you for an Xray - it takes 10 mins, if that. AND, they can tell you straight away

that sounds like anxiety.
I just had a friend die of lung cancer and she never knew she had it until she was in for a regular check up and her doctor didn't like "that little cough" she'd been having for a few weeks.
When a person has random symptoms that are never what they think it is, that spells anxiety to me.
Yes, you could have some rare disease that causes your skin to itch, your testicles to bother you and your breathing to be odd but what are the chances of a disease actually affecting 3 totally non related organs like that?
Pretty darn rare.
Go with anxiety at this point.
My sister has it and it can cause bizarre, random symptoms.
The good news is no one ever died of the symptoms anxiety causes.
Go back to your doctor again and suggest anxiety.
My sister controlled it with a combination of therapy and medication. Hers was so bad, she became house bound for a time.
Between the therapy and drugs, she is now functioning normally again and is off the drugs except in rare cases and no need for therapy.
