Question: Is This A Type Of Cancer?
When I Eat I Feel Sick And I Only Eat Like 3 bites And Im Full.When I Dont Eat I Feel Sick.Im Really Tired.Sometimes I Have Trouble Standing and When I Sit,Stand,Laydown or do Anything My Stomache Kills Me.I'm Only 13 Please Help Me!

No one on this sight can tell you if its cancer or not.
There is something going on & its up to your doctor
to run a series of tests on you & give you a diagnosis.

There is nothing that indicates cancer. I’m not sure why you would come to this conclusion.
I would think after 4 days of these problems your mother would have noticed and taken you to the doctor.

Your symptoms demand urgent DOC opinion.
These are not cancer symptoms.
It seems to be a viral infection and needs proper diagnosis and treatment.

Things like that should not be taken for granted. Seeing a doctor is I think the best way to address your concern.
