what could be causing my dizziness anxiety?!
Question: What could be causing my dizziness anxiety?
Answers:
Feelings of dizziness/vertigo are common with anxiety. Other symptoms include shortness of breath or a feeling of pressure in the chest, headaches, fatigue, insomnia, muscle tension, ringing in the ears, and upset stomach.
I know of many people with anxiety who thought they were hypochondriacs for years because the symptoms of anxiety seem to have little direct connection to each other, and they are all fairly mild and common problems.
You should see a psychiatrist to treat you for anxiety; primary care physicians often aren't prepared to properly diagnose and treat you. It would probably be a good idea to get some medication and start therapy before you start to have panic attacks. If you start to have panic attacks, your anxiety will become much worse and much more difficult to treat.
