Question: What can I do or take to stop my allergies momentarily?
I'm staying over a friend's house over the weekend and she has 1 dog and 2 cats. I get allergies when i go to her house and I also have asthma. I want to stop them while I'm over her house, what can I do? Take medications, allergie pills?

Benadryl. It may make you a bit drowsy but it should work. Now, there are a lot of OTC allergy medicines but Benadryl is the most cost effective and should work just as well as any of the other medicines.
