Question: Can over training cause your immune system to weaken?
I'm a pretty fit guy - but I think I may over train. I work out 3 times a day - and one of those is High Intensity Interval Training. I do this 6 days a week. I eat fairly well though. Well, it just so happens that I caught the flu. Could my over training caused a weakness in my immune system since I haven't been letting my body recover 100% after each workout?

yes your immune system will weaken as you lose body fat.. you should try incorporating nuts and fruits to your snacks that should help and always drink allot of water. Letting your body recover is one of the main aspect of staying fit, fresh and gaining muscle so skip a days running and maybe left light weights. .
