Question: Fears of food poisoning?
My mum got the season and shake mixture thing from the tv advert, so she mixed the chicken and veg and seasoning together, but she put it in the slow cooker for 7.5 hours, Ive just ate it but i noticed that inside the chicken it was quite pink. How long would it take for me to get food poisoning? and could this even be possiblee

What was the texture like? If it was rubbery, then yes it was most likely undercooked. If it was tender, it is quite possible that either the chicken absorbed the colour, or that it was simply a fresh chicken.
If you contracted food poisoning, you'll find out in a few hours... You can get ill from undercooked chicken, you would most likely get salmonella. However, if you cooked it for 7.5 hours it was mostl ikely not underdone unless your mother has a mental illness...
