yes warm to cool, a hot shower will make your fever higher.

You can shower in whatever temperature that you want. If your fever rises, you take some tylenol or motrin which will bring it back down. And, 100.7 is NOT a high temperature - it is a low-grade temperature which does not even need treated unless you have other symptoms that the tylenol or motrin might help with. There is no "right or wrong" about shower water temp when you are ill.

Yes of course you can shower. Your body temperature will probably cool a little if you took a cooler shower. Taking a hot one while your sick will be uncomfortable I'm sure. Get to feeling better.
