I'm a testicular cancer survivor and suggest you do the self-exam for testicular cancer, or “man exam.” Symptoms vary greatly from man to man, but testicle bumps are common symptoms. And TC is the #1 cancer for men 15-35. The sooner a doctor can catch it the better the prognosis, and most likely the less treatment will be required. It could also be a blocked vein, infection, or benign cyst, but all of those things also need a doctor's attention. Don't worry till you have to - only a doctor can make an accurate diagnosis! This site has links to credible testicular cancer resources, and shows the self-exam with a list of symptoms. Good luck and hopefully it's nothing serious.

It could be 'a bag of worms' (Sorry, I don't know the medical name for it), or it could be something else.

You should certainley consult your doctor. Prepare for the worst just incase but remember the treatment doctors can give is very good and a positive attitude is a winning one.

Good luck and hope it's not testicular cancer.

Even if you asked a Dr this same question, there's a multitude of diagnostic procedures to take to diagnose testicular cancer. It's highly unlikely at your age but you never know. You need to make an appt with your doctor as soon as you can. Please don't rely on an answer site for a diagnosis. No one here is a Dr and can't do a physical exam on you. Good luck and hope it clears.

No. This is what you call a "real can of worms." But don't panic, there are easy, effective treatments. They can simply remove one testy. No, really - doesn't hurt you if it's just one. You'll never know the differance. Holy smoke if you ever have to lose the other one, though.

The other option is to take dosages of estradiol. You might want to think twice about this one, though. It's a powerful estrogen and you could develop breasts or female sized nipples. Your hair tends to get fluffy and your skin gets baby smooth.
