Symptoms of heart attack..?!

Question: Symptoms of heart attack..?
Just today I've been experiencing some excruciating back pain which radiated to my chest. I felt somewhat like a shock of stabbing pain whereby the pain was soo great I couldnt even inhale just so I could avoid intensifying the pain. This lasted a good bit while I was laying on my side. I couldnt even move for a while as the pain increased when I tried to get up....am soo confused as to what may be causing this and would like anyone here have knowledge as to what may be the cause.

I had actually experienced such symptoms in the past but they never lasted so long. Thanks for any help and advice.

If your having that kind of pain you need to go to a doctor. A different one than you were at before if you can. If you had bronchitis a month ago he should have given you and antibiotic, it might be pneumonia by now. Go to a doctor!

Normally. Chest Pain= Call 911
but for now relax and take a breath. Chest pain is chest pain, back pain is back pain. It was back pain first?

First of all, keep in mind the symptoms of a heart attack: chest pain (heart is on the LEFT side of you chest, so right sided chest pain may not be heart related, in fact its usually gall bladder)
Shortness of breath (not hurts to breath, inability to breath), diaphoresis (sweating), nausea, pain may radiate into jaw or down LEFT arm/shoulder. Any history of heart problems? In your family? Did the pain start in your chest or back? Any other symptoms? Take your pulse, is it normal, weak, rapid(Carotid pulse, two fingers on throat)?
Take a baby aspirin to be safe, unless your allergic or had problems with it before.

Sounds more like kidney pain or gall bladder pain to me. Where on your back did it hurt? If you have any feeling that its a heart issue, call 911. Any history of anxiety/panic attacks? Where on your chest is the pain? Reguardless of any of these things, you need to be seen, even if its kidney pain, you will need help with it. So call 911, stay calm and go get help.

Bronchitis? Do you have a cough? fever? I would need to know more, Email me at rickypen@rocketmail.com and answer the questions I asked earlier.
