Semen vesicle aspiration question?!

I happen to have a low sperm count. After thinking my wife wouldn't get pregnant, guess what - it happened! So, just have regular sex, don't plan it, don't base it on your period/ovulation, etc. and see what happens. You might get a surprise!!

Now, something I learned as I had to go to the fertility doctor and turn in a "sample"... Sperm count and ejaculation amount are totally different. So if you haven't had him officially tested, you need to (in case you're thinking he has a low sperm count should he have a small ejac. amount). I just want to throw that out there for you as my wife and I went 2 years not thinking my sperm count was an issue as I have alot come out at ejaculation. Well we learned that the amount released has nothing to do with sperm.

28cc sample at doctor (which is ALOT, avg is 1cc-5cc), but still have a very low sperm count.

Does he have a hydrocele or a spermatocele they plan to aspirate? That could certainly "cause" him to be shooting blanks because it's basically a blockage, so "the juice can get out, but not the seeds" (if you'll excuse the crude explanation!)

But your question should really be asked of your husband's urologist...
