will a doctor circumcised me if i have frenulum breve?!

Question: Will a doctor circumcised me if i have frenulum breve?
okay. i am not circumcised, and i have a slight case of frenulum breve. it has ripped before but is still really tight and it makes sex uncomfortable. i consantly have tears in my foreskin and the sensastions from having sex are far to sensitive for me to even enjoy sex. is that enough reason for a doctor circumcise me and have my insurance cover it? IM NOT AGAINST THE IDEA OF GETTING CIRCUMCISED SO DONT SAY ''DONT DO IT"

Getting a circumcision to fix a frenulum breve is like cutting off a finger because you have a hang nail. Makes absolutly no sense!
The frenulum is what is causing the issue, not the foreskin. So a circumcision wouldn't even be covered by your medical insurance as a fix to this problem.

You shouldn't be having sex while you can't retract your foreskin, so either stop having sex or you need to wear a condom and stop as soon as you exsperience any pain. Having sex when your foreskin can't retract will make it worse. I advise you just get a frenuloplasty where the frenulum is either removed or cut so it's only attached to your shaft and the foreskin can float freely. I wouldn't recomend anyone get a circumcision, it removes a ton of sensitivity and sexual function.
