im cold alot and my temp. is normal and sometimes i am really hot and i have a 97 degree temp. y am i like this?

If your feet and hands are the coldest parts of your body, you may have poor circulation.
Omg, me too! I don't know why. I always want to turn my foot heater on at work, but I don't want everyone to think i'm weird because it's not even cold.
