Question: How can I stop my Pica?
Okay.
I have eaten stones, chalk, crayon and wall plaster since I was born. I know i have a condition named pica.
I am too embarrassed to tell a doctor, but I really want to stop!! I have tried self discipline and it works for around 2 weeks before I give up. Is there any other way I can stop?? :(

Um, see a doctor... your nutrition could be imbalanced and you could eventually eat something that could kill you! I don't think there's a specific medication for PICA, but doctors can educate you about it, and hook you up with a social worker to come in and assess your living environment to make sure there's nothing toxic
