I have cold sores & treatment?!

Question: I have cold sores & treatment?

I have two. On each side of my mouth. One is growing into my mouth. Do they just go away~? Should I use mouth wash~? Brush my teeth for a long time~? gargle with vinegar~? I am using blistex on the outside ones, but the one going into my mouth hurt & I don't know what to do >.< help~? Please *&&* thx~?
