Hmm,...well your acne could be caused by a number of problems. First off, try not to over wash it! When you keep stripping the skin of its natural oils and acids it only wants to produce more and it will only irritate your skin. Second, try to keep your hair off your forehead, the oils from it as well as residue from things like shampoos can cause you to breakout. I say you use a spot treatment first, I find that ones with benzoyl peroxide work best for actual bumps instead of blackheads. Also you should exfoliate with some type of facial cleanser at least twice a week, by removing dead skin cells from your skin, your skin will have less of a chance of breaking out. You can also do little things like changing your pillow case every other day to prevent bacteria and oils from being transferred to your face. Also, DONT touch your face unless your hands are clean, otherwise you are just adding more oil and bacteria that your skin can breakout with. And I can't tell you enough how much drinking lots of water helps. It helps your body flush out bacteria and impurities that get locked under your skin and cause acne so gulp that water down!(also it will make your skin look brighter and more vibrant) Also, if it really is bad I recommend that you see your doctor. And don't worry, they'll probably just prescribe you an oral antibiotic or a topical solution(or both) to kill the bacteria that is below your skin causing you to breakout. And since most acne is hormone related, your doc may prescribe you with a birth control pill to help regulate your hormone. Now with any of these methods the best thing is time, you wont see results right away, at least not significant ones but be patient and keep fighting that acne!

I was on an antibiotic(doxycycline hyclate) a topical solution(clindamycin phosphate) AND a birth control pill(tri-nessa) and my acne wasn't even severe but I did get bumps along my jawline and forehead along with my chest and back. With these treatments, plus my at home topical stuff I was bale to clear my face up in about 5 months! So I wish you luck, acne sucks I know >_<

For that I would do a strawberry mask!
Take 3 crushed strawberries and rub them onto a damp face.Leave for 3-5 miniutes then rinse and pat dry!
