is it possible to give cats celiacs disease?!

I was at a girls house the other night and when she walked out of the room I let her cat lick my tongue.. things progressed and when she walked into the room she freaked out and said that I could share my celiacs disease with her cat. She still really wanted my body but she was afraid she would have to buy special cat food without wheat in it and if they didn't make that she would have to drop out of college to invent it. Please help!
