i think as long as ur parents allow you to do it.and take you down their and tell them it should b fine.i mean if you can do that to get a tattoo why not hair removal.its not cheap thought i would check to see what kind of specials they have through out the year.like sometimes in the summer they have half off.and do one or two areas at a time.for my upper lip and bikini area were like 2,800 to 3000.so worth it!
