If the sores are on the inside of your mouth then it could be just a canker sore which isn't related to herpes. There are over the counter creams and treatments for canker sores.
If the sore is on the out side of the mouth, on or around the lips it could be a cold sore. They also come with some itching, burning and or tingling symptoms.
The break outs will come and go but the virus that causes cold sores will always be with you. There are no cures for herpes yet but there are over the counter cold sore creams that can help heal it. If it's a sever break out you can get antiviral medication from your doctor.

I have herpes and I am an engineer who works for the largest herpes dating and support site STDslove. com. I have to tell you a secret, you can choose not to believe me. But the truth is that this site has more than 650,000 members and about 80% members are good looking in my estimation.

Unfortunately, STD rates soar worldwide and most people with STDs don't even know that they have them. The government should grant more money for STD education to lower the rates of STD transmission.

herpes in your mouth I dont think that is possible maybe syphilis, you should go to your doctor and get told what you need from a professional, dont be embarrassed, there are soo many people with the same problems

There are no cures for herpes but you can get some meds/creams to make it more manageable and comfortable from your doc. Good luck :)

It will heal in a few days, or a doc can prescribe cream or drugs to help it heal faster.

It will never go away!
