Question: What is the likelihood of someone being intolerant to Lactose AND Gluten?
I know this young girl of about seven or so who's like a step-cousin but not really, anyway, she's intolerant to anything with lactose or gluten in it and she has this extremely strict diet.
So I'm wondering what the likelihood of being intolerant to both is and what the likely causes to have them simultaneously are?

A person who is intolerant of one thing is quite likely to be intolerant of other things. That is not uncommon. There is often a strong genetic connection with food intolerances.
