Question: What are the symptoms of the flu?
I have a low fever (99.7), sore throat, stomach pains, I can't sleep, coughing like crazy.... And my brother just got over having the flu.... I just wanted to know the symptoms of the flu and does this sound like I have the flu?

Your symptoms are more like pharyngitis or simply cough.
Flu has got following symptoms
>water discharge from nose
>dry cough
>>watery eyes
>head ache
>sore throat
>generalized weakness & body aches
>Fever (usually high,where as u have a low grade fever)
U are after describing the symptoms urself. Headache feeling weak pain in bones are also some symptoms. Get cough medication for the cough and rest.
