How do they treat leukaemic patients when they have a blood disorder (ie Von Wil!

Question: How do they treat leukaemic patients when they have a blood disorder (ie Von Willebrand's or Haemophilia?)?
I know leukaemia could also be classified as a blood disorder but people with Von Willebrand's and Haemophilia are born with it and people with leukaemia develop it so how is treatment affected/changed in leukaemic patients with diagnosed VwB or Heamophilia?

This would make the treatment of an acute leukemia much more difficult.
The two main risks for acute leukemia patients are infections and bleeding.
Infection because of reduced levels of normal bacteria fighting white cells.
Bleeding because of reduced platelets which are the blood cells which
start up the blood clot process.
The usual relative risks are 2/3s dying from infections and 1/3 dying from bleeding.
With an additional inherited clotting disorder, the deaths from bleeding events
in acute leukemia patients undergoing induction chemotherapy treatments
would be even higher than usual.
We are extremely vigilant about infections and bleeding with acute leukemia
treatment. We would have to be even more vigilant, and even so we would be
expected to lose more patients than usual going for complete remissions.

To the best of our knowledge, 11 cases of hemophilia with acute leukemia have been reported.[2-9] Among these patients, ALL was the most common hematological malignancy, with a high rate of HIV infection. Other authors have reported an increased risk of lymphoma in hemophilia patients, mainly among HIV positive patients.[10,11] In addition, hemophilia patients have long-term abnormalities of immune function from factor concentrate usage.[12-14] Thus, immunological dysfunction caused by factor concentrate use and/or HIV seems to contribute to a high risk of lymphocytic malignancy. However, as of now, only 5 hemophilia patients with acute non-lymphocytic leukemia have been described. It is likely that the association of these two disorders is merely accidental, although further confirmation is needed.
In both cases, Acupressure and natural remedies address to remove impurities in blood and in the entire body's systems and invigorate the immune system to produce antibodies and tackle the disorder. All the internal organs are activated to work up to optimum levels.
