Question: If I got a high potassium level, & I have no symptoms of high potassium level, could there have been a error?
Could there have been error in the results, or the blood test?

Symptoms of high potassium levels only occur when it is above a certain level. If you have got a high potassium level, and you are thinking that there might be an error, you can always go for a retest.
How do you know you have a high potassium level if your blood tests don't reveal one. If something like this shows an negative result it's usually run twice to make sure there's no mistakes.
