Symptoms of high potassium levels only occur when it is above a certain level. If you have got a high potassium level, and you are thinking that there might be an error, you can always go for a retest.

How do you know you have a high potassium level if your blood tests don't reveal one. If something like this shows an negative result it's usually run twice to make sure there's no mistakes.

take another test for second opinion in a reputed lab.
