There are many products that promise to grow hair back but most of them do not work. I found that taking specific vitamins can slow down hair loss and even promote some hair growth. However, this will only work for not so serious conditions.

Use an indian oil like Mira hair oil, used it and it made my hair grow like crazy. works like rogaine but is side effect free
You will also want to use biotin, prenatal pills and saw palmetto

saw palmetto is great to fight hair loss as well
