Karthi, no one here is able to diagnose you, so please make an appointment with a rheumatologist.
A positive RA factor is indicative of rheumatoid arthritis. However, not all RA patients have a positive rheumatoid factor, and not all people with a positive rheumatoid factor develop RA. An elevated ESR indicates inflammation, yet a normal ESR does not rule out rheumatoid arthritis. It's a complicated disease.
There have been occasions when my ESR has been elevated, yet I have felt perfectly fine. At other times, my ESR has been normal, yet I have pain and stiffness. As stated, a rheumatologist is the best person to diagnose and treat you. Best wishes.

The labs along cannot tell if you have RA (rheumatoid arthritis) or not.
Diagnosis of RA is based of a series of clinical and laboratory criteria of which RA factor (RF) is only one of it. see source
ESR tells us if you are having any inflammation but is not specific to what kind of disease you have have. A normal ESR tells us you are not having any active infllamtion at the moment.
