Could I have a sleep disorder?!

Question: Could I have a sleep disorder?
I am a horrible sleeper. I snore (very, very loudly), toss and turn, talk (and have had whole conversations with people), and sometimes move to a different part of the house without ever realizing it until I wake up. In the morning I do not hear alarm clocks, not even very loud alarms, and sometimes even if my son sits on top of me or jumps on me to wake me, I don't even notice. I have tried to look up the symptoms but I don't seem to fit in any category. I feel very groggy for about 30 minutes after I wake, and sometimes I don't even remember what I did in that time. When I worked dayshift, there were even times that I barely remembered getting to work, and I seemed to always be late due to inability to hear the alarm. Obviously this causes problems with jobs and school. I am not lazy, I just can't seem to wake up like a normal person. And I don't know what to do to fix the problem. I don't have insurance, so seeing a doctor is kinda out of the question. But if anyone has any idea what the problem might be or how to fix it, please please lend me some advice. Thanks.

Medical Discount Plan
ideal for those who cannot afford or qualify for traditional health insurance. The companies offer discounted health services for a quite low monthly fee. Benefits include a range of discounts for doctors, hospitals, dental, vision, prescriptions, vitamins, as well as other health services.

Individual & Family Health Plans
This is a major health insurance plan for individuals and families. If you are looking for comprehensive long term health insurance coverage for yourself and/or your family members who are 62 years old or younger - this is the plan to choose.

Short Term Medical Plans
This plan is ideal for individuals in transition. Maybe you have just graduated from college and are no longer covered under your student health insurance or you moved out on your own, and you're no longer covered under your parents' medical insurance plan. Or perhaps you're employed part-time, going to school, leaving home for the first time, or even retiring early. Maybe you've found a new job, but your new employer's group health insurance plan won't kick in until you've been with months.

Have you ever noticed being woken up by sudden shortening of breath - a sensation that you are unable to breath ? How much do you normally sleep at night ? Do you sleep less than 8 hours ? or has there ever been a period in your life when you regularly slept less than 8 hours ?

You may be under the risk of sleep apnea, or narcolepsy. However without proper medical examination making correct diagnosis is almost impossible. I'd suggest visiting http://snoringremediescenter.com/ - there you can get an online questionnaire which can determine according to your answers what is the general type of your snoring. It may help. However in my opinion in your case making a polysomnography test will be needed. On http://snoringremediescenter.com/ you can also find information about that test, which can precisely determine what kind of sleep disorder are you suffering from.
