Who did your tests and do you know why?
As stated already both are within normal limits especially if you are quite slim and not muscular.
You mention kidney ( singular) have you already had one removed?

As the other people have stated these tests are within normal limits (even thought your Creatinine is a little low). I think you should definitely consult your doctor if you are very worried about your health. The inability to concentrate could be easily explained by stress, which obviously you are, same thing with the itchiness and pain in your eyes. Another explanation of the itchiness (especially after eating) could be contributed to a food allergy. Notice what you are eating, and when you become itchy. My advice is to go see your doctor regardless. As for kidney issues I would say try to relax because if you had kidney issues your lab results (alot of them NOT just those 2 tests) would be VERY out of whack.

I am a Nurse, but this is not a medical diagnosis

How do you know that you're having kidney problems? Both tests are fine.

You may be having other problems, but it doesn't look like it's from the kidneys.

Talk to your doctor about your symptoms.

Your creatinine level is a little low, nothing to paniic about. You're working yourself up here, go talk to your doctor. Good Luck.

kidney problems from diabetes? Avoid sugar. Get tested.
