Fainted once- anything to worry about?!

Question: Fainted once- anything to worry about?
About 3 years ago, I fainted at the end of a PE lesson when back in the changing room. From what I can remember I started to feel dizzy and when I woke up, the teacher said I was only out for a few seconds. I've read that fainting can be a sign of a heart condition. This is the only time I have fainted and I knew I was going to faint because I felt dizzy and like the room was spinning. Should I be worried about a heart condition from this? I don't have any other heart related symptons. I am a 19 year old female.
Thanks

I don't think you should worry. My only suggestion would to drink plenty of water even when you're not thirsty. Same thing happened to my sister when we were out shopping. She was completely fine one moment and next she's completely knocked out on the floor. After drinking a cup of water, she was completely fine. She's only 13.

No you shouldn't be worried, many people faint and most of them do not have heart conditions if your worried its best for you to go to a doctors to be sure. It's better to be safe than sorry

way to early to tell in the game do not worry
worry will accomplish nothing
