Can crohns disease cause this?!

fatigue, yes. I don't think it has anything to do with your feeling of not being real.That sounds like a dissassociation disorder.

Crohn's disease can get you really tired physically and emotionally.

When the symptoms get severe you could feel very out of your place.

I can understand you very well. When I had my flare-ups I couldn't believe it was happening to me. If you are really uncomfortable, please consider getting some support and/or help.

Depending on how bad it is yes.
Fatigue has a major play in that.
Since i am no doctor or have crohns disease i am not sure about the sensation of not being real. There are plenty of websites to help you through it though.
