hi guys i have red patches around my face and i steamed in a up my face in a boil water for 15 minute i thought it would make it beter but it didnt so please guys i need your help i want to know how to get rid of the redness

Rosacia? Seborrheic Dermatitis? Exzema? Dry skin-its winter? Acne?
Those are what spring to mind. I have Seborrheic Dermatitis and when I get it hot and wet it gets redder. As far as what to do, well try using a face wash that has salicylic acid in it. Also, if it is Sebhorreic Dermatitis, using a Coal Tar shampoo on my face seems to work wonders.
If you are concerned or it is something new and out of the ordinary, at least see your regular doctor if not a dermatologist. Best of luck to you!
