i have hpv, please help?!

well i was at the doctors cos i had and itchiness arounf my vagina an anus area ,,, and white spots came out ,,, she gave me 10 injections ,, caneston and some pill then she gave me the normal injection to prevent me form anything else ,,, and im gonna get another one in two month !!! well i have done the first injection and the white spots dont go away ,,, the doc told me i would need a lazor therapy ,,,i just wanna know if there any other way to destroy them? also ive started having sex wid only a condom but once after sex i felt that intchiness again ,,, so please help ,,
