Question: Anxiety after smoking 4 days ago?
so about a month ago i started smoking marijuana. I would do it at most once a day for a couple days in a row then i would stop for a while. This past saturday i smoked and got the most high i had ever been. Then i smoked two more times that night and i smoked hookah. The next day i was naseous and sick to my stomach all day. The day after that on monday i was a little sick feeling but i had alot of anxiety for no reason at all. Yesterday i was naseuous and sick but all that went away. So i feel fine but every morning since then i wake up with alot of anxiety. How long until this will go away and is there anything i can do ?

Whenever you feel anxiety creeping up on you, start taking deep breaths from your diaphragm. Take a deep breath. Count to five. Let it out for at least 5 counts, the longer you can let out the breath the better.
