Question: Uncontrollably itchy legs!?
I'm 22 and have never had a problem with itchy legs (besides the occassional itch or dry skin bout) until now. It's pretty cold here so when I started having itchy legs, I figured lotion would do the trick. This did not work. I've tried switching lotions, switching soaps, and nothing seems to work (which is why I've ruled out an allergy to soap or lotion.)
This has been going on for a month and the itching is so bad that I itch until my skin is raw and burning. It's horrible! I've been working out a lot lately, but don't think I have an allergy to sweat, since I've been sweating everywhere and only my legs itch.
Anyone been through this or something similar? What do you think is wrong and what can I do to alleviate the itching? (besides the doctor or dermatologist because I can't afford one at the moment)

I had the same thing you said it was cold out? well, it could be that you go outside to much and for too long try putting some long johns under your pants.
