Are infectious Disease Dr good to go to for Lyme Disease?!

Infectious Disease doctors know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about lyme disease. You would think they would considering Lyme disease is an infectious disease and the most COMMON one in the USA right now. but they are totally mis-educated about it. and even if they did tell you that you had had lyme, they would NEVER be able to know how to properly treat you

Most doctors, I don't want to say illiterate, I have to say they know little about Lyme's. They can make all the tests they want and still get it wrong then there's the treatment, they usually get this wrong too. My daughter and Grand daughter have been fighting this for years now to no avail. Just when they think they have it licked, it's back again or the treatment isn't working or one test says positive one says negative so, I suggest you try and find a doctor with the knowledge of Lyme's like the one answers says, a doctor that knows Lyme's and has treated it with success and can handle you. That's not to hard to ask.

If you have all these symptoms then might be you have lyme disease headache, fever, muscle pains, weakness, and stiff neck.
