No as your body has acquired immunity.

However the virus mutates rapidly so it is possible that you could get a similar but different strain again this season. But you'd be very unlucky to get it any more than once per year.

I don't understand VP's answer (but am happy to stand corrected). It is impossible to be reinfected as you have acquired immunity - that is how you recovered from the infection. It is only possible if the virus mutates such that the antibodies you produced in response to the first virus do not work on the second - but in that case the second infection is not identical to the first (though the symptoms may be similar).

Yes, it is possible & we see that from time to time in the medical field.
