Question: Can someone help me with my prickly heat!!?
I have been looking on the internet for 2 years for an answer and also been to my doctor who could only suggest antihistamines. I feel that mine is different to some peoples as I don't actually get a rash. I just itch like crazy and it's very uncomfortable as it tingles. When I was in Cyprus we went to the pharmacists and they gave me some 'rona ross prickly heat lotion' I felt that it gave me some relief but wasn't there long after that to really test it!
Someone help! I'm going to egypt in 1 month!

During the summer my mum used to get really bad prickly heat, so she went to the doctors and he suggested going on the sunbed for a few minutes 3 times a week. It worked and now whenever she starts with prickly heat she goes on the sunbed.

best to try and avoid getting it in the first place .make sure you always apply PLENTY of moisturiser throughout the day-with a very high factor if you do get it best to take an antihistamine tablet as well as your lotion as this will help ,failing that you could just decide to cover up but will probably be too hot for that , happy hols
