Question: Should i go to the Doctors for this?
Not only that but everything i ear (including liquids) Comes up, and when there isn't anything in my Stomach, Stomach Acid comes up.
I havn't been able to sleep for three days, I'm vomiting around 3 times to 5 times a day. And my body starts to shake for a good 5 minutes before stopping, then it shakes again.
Nor have i been to eat, I can't. Everytime i try, it just comes right back up.
So is there anything wrong with me? I don't know if this is serious enough for the Doctor

Yes, any time one vomits for more than 24 hours, it becomes an urgent situation.
You need to get to a doctor or an emergency room ASAP. Seriously, this could be fatal - your electrolytes are on their way to being totally screwed up and that can cause cardiac arrest.
Go to the doctor straight away my sister nearly died from this, she had a deadly urine infection but she didn't know had it until these reactions!!! hope this helps
axiety or the fact that you havent eaten in a while can make you shake. you might have food poisoning.
I'm no expert, but I would go to a doctor if I had those symptoms!
