Accutane is absolute miracle drug! It would be a good idea to go to a dermatologist and find out if accutane should help you type of acne. I suffered from cystic acne for the latter half of my life and had wasted my money on practically everything - antibiotics, Differin, Retin-A, Clindamycin, ProActiv, special cleansers, and probably other stuff I can't remember. Nothing worked. After finishing my Accutane treatment my skin isn't disgusting and oily anymore, and I cannot even remember the last time I had one zit. I was getting generic accutane off reputable UK http://www.pharmacynextdoor.com my derm would not prescribe it to me. Talk to your doctor. Hope accutane will help you.
Don't listen to these other answers. Yes the drug is intense and yes there are some side effects (which in most cases seem to effect less than 1% of people). I'd highly recommend it if you severe acne or cysts, not just blackheads. It will pretty much remove any flaw from your skin if you stay on it long enough.
Let me run down the what it's like though:
month 1 - everything that was under your skin comes up and you look DISGUSTING. I honestly didn't want to go outside. Your lips begin the process of nearly falling off
month 2 - all that nasty cysts that came up become hard on top off your face and your skin peels off.
month 3 - you begin to look better than you ever did before.
month 4 - more improvement
month 5 - I've begun having depression and feeling that no one likes me regardless of how awesome my skin looks by now.

Okay I haven't used it, but I know many people who have or are. I wanted to use Accutane, but DONT! It does work like a charm, but I've got to be honest, it comes with a lot of risks. It hurts your liver, and some people can't eat a certain food group anymore because of accutane.
It's your decision. Pros vs. Cons. I would talk to your dermatologist first...
DO NOT USE ACCUTANE!
My father got chrones disease from it, so did my uncle.
My friend took it also and it messed up her reproductive organs and she can no longer have kids.
