Adrenaline is a sympathomimetic drug which increases heart rate, technically called Tachycardia.
With rapid heart rate the time allowed for the blood to return to heart is less and the ejection fraction is likely to suffer. The cardiac output becomes less.
But considering the fact that Asthmatic patient with bronchospasm receiving less oxygen to be supplied to tissues the compensatary mechanism will be tachycardia and peripheral vaso dilatation or expanding blood vessels , the relief from bronchospasm with correction of oxygen saturation might cancel each other with minimal perceptible changes.
But asthamtic crisis is first priority .In a cardiac patient alternate drugs have to be considered.
