Question: Should i use merderma or neosporin?!? help please!?
so i have big red scars from popping my pimples.. which i never do because i never get pimples but i couldn't stand it so i had to pop them. this was about 4 days ago and they are still really red and big... one is healing kind of but its really dried out and weird looking.. and one is an open scab thats really big and really really red... should i use merderma or neosporin? or should i use one on one scab and one on the other considering the way they are right now. if so which product should i use on which scab? which will be the fastest and show the best results? Thanks!!!

If it's as weird looking as you've described, it might be a good idea to have your doctor look at it. It sounds more intense than just a pimple, and you probably could use a broad spectrum antibiotic so it doesn't get worse.
Neosporin would be your best bet and having the air hit it and help heal. Just keep putting neosporin on it but no band-aid over it and try not to touch it or pick at the scab.
Mederma is for scars, not open wounds. I would use the neosporin for infection.
