Yes, its possible, but not likely. To get a bad case of lice, you'd have to share hats with someone who has it, or maybe have a sleepover with a person who has it and share their pillow.

If someone in your family has it, treat it at once, or they will multiply. After treating to make sure that no one else gets it, spray down everything in your house with "lice spray" its likely to be at any close drug store, along with lice killing shampoo.
