Some sort of allergic dermatitis - it almost looks like poison oak or even chicken pox. Have your doctor look at it.
Looks like a skin allergy you have to go to your doctor and have a check up probably he/she will going to give you anti-biotic or a allergy skin ointment take care yourself.
