i popped a black head above my lip and i think its infected?!

i had these two black tiny dots above my lip so i thought they were a blackhead, at first i let it go but then they became really noticeable! so i popped one and the black part came out and that was the end of it. i popped the second one and it became really red and now it looks kind of yellow-ish?! what to do? it hurts.
